TJ's brings the national cuisine of Thailand to the Fox Valley in a unique way, by blend elements of several Southeast Asian traditions. We place emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. At TJ's we make every dish to order with fresh ingredients and level of spiciness to accommodate every pallet. Every dish is prepared with care, balance, detail and variety by our chefs. Their goal is to balance the four fundamental taste senses: sour, sweet, salty, and bitter.

Marinated chicken pan-fried in coconut cream and curry powder skewered on bamboo sticks and served with peanut sauce.
